The shipping costs depend on the destination:
Zone 1 - €4.95
Netherlands.
Zone 2 - €12.95
Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain (excluding Canary Islands).
Zone 3 - €15.95
Austria, Denmark, Poland, Portugal.
Zone 4 - €19.95
Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom.
Zone 5 - €24.95
Norway, Romania, Switzerland.
Zone 6 - €36.95

What is the order processing time?
For products that are in stock, processing time is 1-2 business days. For products that are out of stock, on back order, or made to order, we will provide an estimated processing time via email within 2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
How long does delivery take?
After the order has been processed, the parcel will be handed over to the shipping company. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the size of the parcel.

Galespeedparts.com is not responsible for delays during shipment. However, we are always willing to contact the shipping company if severe delays occur.
Is a tracking number provided?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Almost all destinations support a tracking number. To be sure that a tracking number will be supplied, check the full list of destinations above under "How long does delivery take?"
How will my delivery be shipped?
Your delivery will be shipped with either DHL, UPS, or PostNL. We will choose the carrier that we think works best for you.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
What do I need to do if I received a different product than what I ordered?

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Galespeedparts.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Galespeedparts.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Be sure to take pictures of the damaged parcel as proof. When needed, Stopping Power is willing to assist in the damage claim.
