Due to the new customs regulations under the Executive Order "Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for all Countries," which will take effect on August 29, 2025, there will be temporary restrictions on postal goods shipping to the U.S..
Because of this change, many postal and courier services worldwide have temporarily suspended or adjusted shipments to the U.S. while they adapt to the new rules. This has led to higher shipping costs, possible delays, and additional handling fees for international orders.
What does this mean for you?
At this moment, DHL Express is the only reliable service available for our parcels. Unfortunately, their pricing is higher than before, mainly because of the additional administration and customs handling required under the new U.S. import rules. This means that shipping to the USA is temporarily more expensive, and delivery options may differ from what you were used to.
Please also take into account possible delays due to these regulations taking effect at customs.
How about the future?
We are actively monitoring the situation and will update our shipping options as soon as alternatives become available. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
